“This guy is great. I had another local company come out and diagnose a freezing issue, wich led to costly and unnecessary repairs. I was quoted $12000+ to replace my 7 YEAR OLD split unit by another local company and Jordan’s fixed it for $600 without replacing anything. We have had a hard time keeping our house cool since we had our basement finished and he found that the heat exchanger in the air handler was all but completely blocked off by drywall dust and accumulated debris. He spent a couple hours outside in the hot sun with a hose and brushes, my house maintains any temperature I want now.
